1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.

You must not use our products for any illegal purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in Poland nor European Union (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any of goods purchased from us.

In certain circumstances we reserve the right to refuse our service to anyone for any important to us reason (without telling this reason) at any time.

To use our Service and/or purchase our products you have the possibility to create an account (it is not required). While creating an account you have to give us your Personal Data – look into our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time, without giving us the reason, by sending a request to our email: info@nasu.lighting.

2 – PLACING AN ORDER, PAYMENTS, SHIPPING

To place an order you have to add the selected product/s to cart, log in or complete the order form, choose the shippment and payment methods. After placing an order we will confirm the order and send you confirmation of purchase via email.

If we do not receive your payment within 4 days from the day of the purchase agreement, the order will be canceled.

After receiving your payment we have a fixed number of days (different for each Lamp -given in the Lamp description) to process the order and send it to you by the shipping method you choose.

Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added to the total amount when you view the items in your shopping basket and have selected your chosen delivery method.

3 – CHANGES TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue sale of certain products or to modify them (in whole or in parts) at any time without notice.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of certain products.

4 – PRODUCTS

Our products are available online via website. They may be of limited quantities and are refundable in accordance with our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will contact you via e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or decline orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
